We are a company specialized in third party processing such as turning, hobbing and grinding, we also take care of the complete supply

of the finished part according to drawing.

Turning and milling

Our turning department is equipped with traditional and numerically controlled lathes. We produce parts according to drawings or samples, according to needs from the single piece and production series up to diameter 1000.

Hobbing

Our hobbing department includes hobbing and comb hobbing machines. We produce parts from module 1.5 to 14, and we can also supply broached parts.

Grinding teeth and diameters

Grinding is the last machining of the production process, our department carries out grinding gears up to 900 in diameter.

The most delicate phase is entrusted to attentive and scrupulous qualified personnel.

Sizing check

The products of our company are subjected to rigorous checks both in terms of size and with three-dimensional Dea devices, in order to guarantee and certify the correspondence between the project and the result obtained.

Spiral pairs

We produce Gleason spiral bevel gears up to Module 20 and diameter of 900mm and Klingelnberg transformations while maintaining the transmission ratio and overall dimensions.
