PROCESSING
TURNING AND MILLING
Our turning department is equipped with traditional and numerically controlled lathes. We produce parts based on drawings or samples, depending on your needs, from single pieces to production runs up to 1000 mm in diameter.
DENTISTRY
Our gear cutting department includes hobbing and comb-type gear cutting machines. We produce parts from module 0.5 to 14, and can also supply broached parts.
GRINDING OF TEETH AND DIAMETERS
Internally we perform hole, diameter and involute grinding.
Thanks to two air-conditioned control rooms we are able to provide measurement reports and profile/propeller/pitch graphs
DIMENSIONAL CONTROL
Our company's products are subject to rigorous checks throughout every phase, both with 3D equipment in the metrology room and with an involute meter, to ensure and certify the correspondence between the design and the resulting result.
SPIRAL COUPLES
We manufacture Gleason spiral bevel gears up to Module 20 and a diameter of 900mm, as well as Klingelnberg conversions while maintaining the transmission ratio and overall dimensions unchanged.
